All orders leave our warehouse within 48 hours after confirming your order.
Deliveries are generally received within 7 days but can take up to 3 weeks pending on how remote you are.

All of our shipments are fully tracked. If for some reason a package gets lost, we will cover the cost and send you a replacement.

Our products are made from dog safe human-grade ingredients. Being food based ingredients, they are safe for all breeds and ages, pending any food based allergies. Please pay attention to the feeding guides on the products label.

It varies from pet to pet. Some dogs see results within 3 weeks, but it depends on the severity of the issue, as well as the dogs size. Always allow at least 4-6 weeks to see results. If you have any more questions in regards to this please get in touch.
